This paper employed indicators of performance to evaluate the operations of Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) jetties from the years 2004 to 2018. Primary data for the study consisting of ship turn round time, volume of cargo and number of vessels handled were obtained from terminal records. In addition copies of questionnaires on factors affecting terminal performance were administered to a random sample of WRPC staff. Findings using statistical models showed that operational performance of WRPC was negatively affected by inadequate berthing facilities, shortage of manpower supply, pipeline vandalisation, inadequate maintenance of jetty facilities and poor documentation process. Also, trend analysis of performance indicators showed the existence of continuous decline in operational performance of WRPC over the years covered in the study. The study recommended deployment of trained workforce to jetty operations, re-building of collapsed berths, adequate funding and maintenance of facilities. Keywords: Cargo throughputs, Turnround time, Ship visits, Operational performance, Petroleum products Jetties.
